Shadow of Gold Pre-Order Instructions & Rules

 

How It Works:

1. Pre-Order Period:

   • Pre-sales open 9am on 20th November and close on 7th December 12 midnight NZST.​​

   • 107 editioned prints

2. The Golden Print & Prizes:

   • 1 golden colored print: Wins the major prize: a 3D printed relief sculpture.

   • 1 pounamu colored print: Wins a 3D printed desktop sculpture.

   • 5 wood colored prints: Each wins a 3D printed necklace.

   • All prints are shuffled and assigned randomly and anonymously—no requests for specific colors.

3. Purchase requirement:

   • Payments for purchases must be made through our Paypal portal - this provides an easy refund process.

   • A Paypal account is not required to purchase - credit cards can be used without a Paypal account.

4. Minimum Sales Requirement:

   • To ensure this project is viable, we must sell a certain number of prints by the closing date.

   • If we meet this threshold:

     • All 7 prize prints (1 golden,  1 pounamu, 5 rākau) will be included in the production run, guaranteeing winners of all prizes.

   • If we do not meet this threshold:

     • All purchases will be 100% refunded, and the promotion will not proceed.

5. Shipping & Delivery:

   • Free shipping in Aotearoa (New Zealand).

   • International buyers: Additional shipping costs calculated at checkout.

   • International buyers: Customs/import fees may apply at the expense of the buyer.

   • Timeline after presale closes:

     • Printing: estimated 1 week.

     • Courier delivery: estimated 1 week (NZ) / 1-3 weeks (international).

6. How to Claim Prizes:

   • If your print is golden, pounamu or rākau colored:

     • Post a post/reel of your print on Instagram and tag @kereamataepa

     • Email info@kereamataepa.com with a picture of you holding your winning print.

   • Prizes (major sculpture, desktop sculpture or necklace) will be dispatched within 2 weeks of winner verification.

   • There is no 'cash option' for any and all prizes.

7. Refund Policy:

   • Refunds issued only if the minimum sales threshold is not met.

   • No returns/exchanges unless your print arrives damaged (contact us immediately).

8. Terms & Conditions:

   • Open to residents of New Zealand and international buyers

   • Shipping fees apply for international buyers and may incur further customs/import fees at buyers expense.

   • International winners may incur customs/import fees on delivery of prizes. These fees are at the winners expense.

   • Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of receiving a winning print.

   • By purchasing, you agree to these terms. Void where prohibited.
